Manon Crochemore
Co-director
After studying history in Brest, Manon Crochemore joined the ENSATT in Lyon in 2008, in the “Administration of the performing arts” department. After graduating, she worked for a year as a production assistant at the Nouveau Théâtre de Montreuil – Centre Dramatique National. From 2010 to 2015, she collaborates with Raphaëlle Delaunay as administrator of her company. In June 2011, she joined the Bureau Cassiopée team mainly for projects by Caterina and Carlotta Sagna, Jonathan Capdevielle and Mickaël Phelippeau. She took over the management of the office with Isabelle Morel in March 2016, when the structure was renamed Fabrik Cassiopée. She then began a long collaboration with Marcela Santander Corvalan (2016 – 2024). She currently works with Jonathan Capdevielle (since 2011), Mickaël Phelippeau (since 2013), Hortense Belhôte (since 2021), and Jonathan Drillet & Marlène Saldana (since 2022).
Isabelle Morel
Co-director
With a degree in contemporary literature (Université Toulouse-Le Mirail) and an M.A. in International Relations, specializing in cultural project management (University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne), Isabelle Morel began her career as a project manager for the Ministry of Culture and Communication at the Department of International Affairs on cultural cooperation projects with Eastern Europe. Given her passion for contemporary dance, she then worked from 1996 to 1999 as an Executive Assistant at the Centre de Développement Chorégraphique Toulouse-Midi-Pyrénées (the first of its kind in France). After returning to Paris, she became production administrator for the choreographer Marco Berrettini/ Cie *Melk Prod in 2001, whom she accompanied for eight years.
She joined Bureau Cassiopée in 2010 to develop the Caterina et Carlotta Sagna company production and distribution, then worked with Christian Rizzo from 2012 to 2015 and Mickaël Phelippeau from 2013 to 2021. She also supported, from 2016 to 2021, the CDN of Besançon Franche Comté for the distribution of Célie Pauthe works, head of the venue. She took over the management of the office with Manon Crochemore in March 2016, at which time the organization was renamed Fabrik Cassiopée. She is currently in charge of developing Jonathan Capdevielle‘s projects and undertakes consulting and development missions in production or distribution for various artistic teams: Joanne Leighton/WLDN (2022), Patrick Corillon/Le Corridor (2023/2024), and Gaëlle Bourges/OS since October 2023.
Marie-Laure Menger

After studying History and Anthroplogy at the University of Strasbourg, she completed a Master’s degree in cultural mediation of art at Aix-Marseille I. After working for the Compagnie Itinérance and the Théâtre du Merlan (now the ZEF) in Marseille, she joined the Théâtre des Bernardines in 2006 as the person in charge of public relations and communication. From 2012, she worked there as an assistant director until she left the historical direction in 2015.
In 2016, she moved to Paris where she began several collaborations with artists and dance companies as production and/or diffusion manager: François-Michel Pesenti, Thibaud Croisy, Mié Coquempot, Loïc Touzé, Claudia Triozzi, Mark Tompkins, Dominique Gilliot. From 2019, she begins a collaboration with Points communs, Scène Nationale of Cergy-Pontoise and Val d’Oise, within the production department, and since 2021, she continues this contribution as a Programming Advisor. At the same time, she joined Fabrik Cassiopée in January 2022 as Production Manager for BI-P, Mickaël Phelippeau‘s company.
Mathilde Lalanne

Gratuated with a Master’s degree in Cultural Policies and Patronage from the Aix en Provence Political Institute, Mathilde Lalane then joins the Master’s program of Cultural Organizations Management of Paris Dauphine School in 2020. She discovered and trained in the cultural sector after several experiences in France and abroad, in the field of performing arts, cinema or and museums. Passionate about dance and music, she worked in 2021 as a production assistant at the Centre Chorégraphique National of Rennes and Bretagne, where she supported the work of the FAIR-E collective.
She afterwards joined the Fabrik Cassiopée team as production coordinator in January 2023, interested in multidisciplinary forms and aesthetics of the artists supported by the office Since then, she has been working on tour administration and communication with Mickaël Phelippeau, Jonathan Capdevielle, Jonathan Drillet, and Marlène Saldana. Since 2024, she has also been supporting Hortense Belhôte and her projects in coordination, distribution, production, and touring administration.
